Cancellation or changing of an appointment time
On occasions you may need to change your appointment time or day and will always respect this. To avoid any inconvenience, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice of any appointment changes or cancellations, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Appointment deposit
*A deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking. This deposit is applied to your final bill at the completion of your treatment.
*Appointments cannot be held without these details.
*Deposits can be made in person, via credit card or over the phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos and Amex.
Appointment confirmation
Your appointment will be confirmed via a text message sent to your nominated mobile phone 48 hours prior to your appointment. We ask that you simply respond to this confirmation text to confirm you are planning to attend. If you do not confirm your appointment we are unable to guarantee your booking.
We hold the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments at its discretion.
No Show
If you do not arrive for your appointment the deposit will be forfeited.
Children
Children are not permitted in our practice at any time due to safety reasons.
